- What's the minimum order for a partnership?
- I usually set up partnerships from five pairs upward. If you're smaller, still write — we can work something out.
- How does recurring ordering work?
- After the first call we agree on a rhythm (start of school year, semesters, quarterly, etc.). Before each delivery I send a quote, you confirm quantities and specs.
- Can I mix different mallet types in one order?
- Of course. A set can mix hardnesses, lengths and head materials — whatever suits each player.
- Can you invoice with deferred payment?
- Yes — for school partnerships I can offer 14 or 30 day payment terms. First order usually goes with 14-day terms, then adjusted based on your needs.
